How should I prepare for my appointment?

For makeup: we would recommend that you gently exfoliate your skin the night before your appointment, and follow with a hydrating mask afterwards. Avoid trying any new products or skin treatments for the month before your event.

For hair: we would recommend that you clean and dry your hair with a rinse-off conditioner. Avoid using oils on your scalp or hair, and no other styling products except for a hair dryer. For best results, hair should be washed either on the day of your appointment, or the night before. Wavy or curly hair has to be blow dried straight. If you have prepared your own hair extensions for our stylists to weave, please clean them in advance using shampoo, then brush and blow-dry until smooth.
